INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

Technique: Industrial Facility building involves administrative buildings within the scope of architectural projects, main factory building, assembly workshops, material stores, dining halls and worker lodging buildings, substation buildings, raw material and spare part storehouses, car parks, bunkers, etc. in accordance with architectural projects. 


Project: 36.500 Brick Factory Building

 

 

LOGISTICAL FACILITIES

Technique: In logistical Facility Building, area distribution suitable for the needs of today and future ( office, storage, loading, technique, outdoor spaces) the number of the loading, unloading ramp gates per every 1.000 , utilization of daylight condition, health precautions, height, width between colons, holding capacity of the ground and etc are taken into consideration. 


Project: 15.000 İETT Topkapı Bus Garage Building. 

 

 

PLAZA, SHOPPING MALL, HOTEL 

Technique: In Plaza, shopping mall and hotel building, factors such as flexibility, expedient ratio in area distribution (common spaces, lobby, cafeteria, healthcare field, storage field, data processing, etc.) indoor and outdoor car park area per every 100m2,, closeness to the main transportation line, security in accordance with the socio-economical level of the province and number of active visitors have importance. 


Project: 10.000m² Cappadocia Hotel Building

 

 

HOUSING AND VILLA SITES

Technique : In mass housing and villa projects, importance of interior decoration becomes prominent as well as landscaping and social outfitting areas ( sand volleyball courts, basketball and tennis courts, running tracks, cycle tracks, picnic areas, swimming pools, etc.), security substructure, access roads to public transportation lines, standby power units and green energy units development.

SUBSTRUCTERE PROJECTS


 

NATURAL GAS CITY FEEDER LINES

Technique: Natural gas lines are of 20 bars of steel tube main line, 4 bars of separation line. In steel tube lines projecting, security factor is taken as 2.5. Before activating the manufactured pipelines, they are tested with 1.5 fold of their working pressure. High strength API SPEC 5L Grade B is used as steel tube material. 


Project: İGDAŞ Inc. Doğalgaz City Feeder Substructure Constructing (Ümraniye, Üsküdar, Yenibosna, Çobançeşme, K.Çekmece, Halkalı City Feeder Substructure Constructing.)

 

 

ROAD CONSTRUCTION

Technique: Raising the level of quality in roads and increasing the driving comfort substantially by using new electronical sensing finishers (paver finisher) are aimed. Before asphalt paving, the previous asphalt is deasphalted and infrastructure development works are done. During this work, road gullies are reorganized and the road is codified curvedly on the computers by survey engineers. Asphalt spreading is completed.

SPECIAL DESIGN PROJECTS


 

SOLID WASTE SILO MANUFACTURING

Technique: Isolated elliptical cylindrical 4 mm hard metal 5 room ST37 hard steel tanker manufacturing. I sliced chassis, and welded chassis welded by gas welding and automatical welding machines made of high strength plate (trailer material ST52 & ST37 hard steel) Hydraulic pneumatic mechanic or manual ramp manufacturing. 

 
Project: Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality 150 piece 32m³ capacity Solid Waste Silo Design, Projecting and Manufacturing. 

 

 

SOLID WASTE SEPARATION CONTAINER MANUFACTURING

Technique: Solid waste separation containers are designed for recycling points in city centers. As a frame, carbon fiber hopper and a frame made of sandblasted, undercoat and surface coated 3 mm steel plate and pipes are used. The structure of carbon fiber is 3 folds enduring despite the 4.5 lightness from steel.
